mattisssa By the way, I noticed in the settings that recordings are only stored for 7 days, and there's no option to prevent their deletion. I hope the recordings won't be deleted before this issue is resolved. Is there a way to download my recordings?

Ivan Ho: Unfortunately, the issue is about the audio recording process and its encoding. We're sorry if your recording got lost.
We have an option to download audio if it's available, please check this button for your recording. If you don't see it or your recording is in error state, it seems that we lost it 🙈.
